About me

I trained and qualified as an acupuncturist in the lovely city of Lincoln. I hold a BSc in Acupuncture. I have long been a fan of massage for health and well being and have various qualifications in different techniques. I can offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, sports massage and deep tissue massage. I only wish I could do these to good effect on myself! (It just isn't the same as having someone else treat you!). 

Prior to training as an Acupuncturist I worked for 10 years as a Social Worker in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and have extensive experience of health and social care. Acupuncture and social work are two very different approaches but both can support people through difficult times. I am committed to accessibility and welcome inquiries from anyone who may have additional needs. I love how acupuncture works with our own bodies to find answers to our health problems. I'm proud to be part of a long standing tradition of health management.
